                 i'm new to android . i got my xperia l just 4 month before .what my qustion is either rooting againt warrenty ?

Yes..it will void ur warranty.

Basically if your bootloader is unlocked then only your warranty is void, there are many methods of rooting, it even includes locked bootloader rooting go check out XDA forums you'll get your solution.
