I want to delete 3rd built-in apps by rooting.

Does this process work?

1-)Rooting phone

2-)Deleting 3rd buil-in apps(Like Facebook,WhatsApp....)

3-)Unrooting phones to keep guarantee.

And one more thing:

By unrooting, Do these apps come back?

this apps shouldn't come back if you root > use titanium back up > remove the apps. which Xperia do you have?
