i cant root my xperia p . At first i set in settings debugging mode on and unkmown sources too,so i cant understand why the programs cant see that debugging mode is turned on(
I tried to root with "root with restore by bin4ry" and flshtool too. in the first one :

You're on ICS right?
Make sure the adb Drivers are installed and USB Debugging Mode is On.
Under device management on Windows it should say "Sony Ericsson ... ADB Interface Driver" somewhere.
Follow the Instructions in the Program, if all goes well it should tell you to Restore a file called "RootMe"(?). Let it do a couple of restarts and you're good to go when the program says it.
Also if the PC Companion is running, shut it down and try again.
I have the same problem...it gets on debugging mode when I turn on usb thethering :X....weird but true!!
