I want to ask you that if i root my device and do not make any change in the software then still i void the warrenty............

Root itself includes change in phone's software

You can however reinstall the phone's software using PC Companion and by this process you would unroot your phone.

That does not guarantee if you could claim the warranty or not.

So root only if you don't care about warranty.
