I have problems while travelling from Italy to Swiss. I have a promotion for roaming but i dont use usually, as this is my second private phone. I pay 3€/day (Vodafone Italy) when using data, sms or and data traffic, only IF i use it, otherwise i don't
Yesterday i was particulary carefull and roaming dta was disabled on the phone, no sms neither call received or done.
After a couple of hours in Swiss i got the message that promotion was activated...
When in Italy i called back call center, no call or sms was listed (as supposed) BUT data traffic at the time i had the message. They don't see details of the data but only volume
Is it possibile the phone somehow "fake" the setup and is roaming data indeed?
