Roaming and data roaming

HI, I'm experiencing some problems with my brand new xperia T

when the mobile roams from my home hoperator to another the "R" letter next  to the signal bar is not displayed

moreover even if data roaming is set do "disabled" it doesn't get disabled when the mobile switches to an other operator, This caused me more than 120€ of network data undeer other operators. and data roaming is DISABLED (not national nor international)

I'm FURIUOS

PS last firmware installed, phone repaired via pc compainion, nothing helps

Have you tried your phone with another SIM-card to see if it might have to do with your SIM? If your SIM-card matches the network you're connected to the phone will not know that you're roaming.
