Ringtones is very low to hear

I had just purchased E3 Singlesim  and was very happy with the product overall.

But i thing sufers me that the Ringtone is very low. As I will carry it in purse, and would not hear it loudly..

please advise.. regards.

Have you tried to raise the volumes in settings-sound?

Also make sure you turn XLoud on.
