ringtones cannot dectect by xperia neo v

i am using 4.0.4 ics .587 build

ringtones and notifications are not showing in the settings menu which i downloaded . do repair ,clean cache clear all.still proble exist..help please

Try the following,

Menu > Settings > Sound > Phone Ringtone > Tap the musical note on the top right handset corner > Select song from library.

This should resolve the issue.
