ringtone unknown after turn off and turn on

i have a problem with my arc s on android 4.0.4, when i turn on my phone on morning after turn off my phone on evening, my ringtone is replace by "unknown ringtone"

it's appear when a app like widgetsoid, battery indicator or others are installed

i've already resetting my phone with factory parameters

if anyone has a idea

If it occurs only when the widgets you mention are installed I'd say it's related to them in some way. Unfortunately I don't have any idea how, so my best tip is to not install them again.

I have the same exact issue with my Arc S on ICS.

the rington I selected "disapperas" after a while, not always when I turn the phone on. sometimes it stays saved for days and then after a while I have Unknown Rington.

I also noticed that sometimes pictures from my Xperia gallery are used as album covers for songs that do not have an official cover.

I have the widget for meteo forecast and battery status (with wifi, BT status) on my desktop.

should I reset the phone?
