right after using my camera i cant open any other application

hello sony team..,.i got android 4.0.4 on my arc s .,.,right after using my camera i cant open any other application .,.,and i cant shut down my device normaly i have to remove battery and start my device again .,.,what should i do.,.,why dosnt sony release andriod 4.1 or any frimware without bug?????
