Retail demo video

Hello,

I just got the Sony Xperia Z2 Phone, and the retail demo video will NOT STOP!!!

I have tried this code *#*#73556673#*#*. and nothing happend, i tried to reinstal the software with Sony PC Companion, and that video from **bleep** wil not stop... it is driving me crazy...

I stop the aplication from setings but if i conect my phone to the charger it resets the setings and starts again, same thing will happen if i power of the device...

Can anybody pleas help me to solve this problem?

Try going on *#*#7378423#*#*, then Customization Settings, then reset customization.

I had this problem once, entering the same code as the one to activate demo mode solved an issue for me

However it is sad it's not possible to play this demo movie with sound without entering demo loop mode. What if I'd like to present it to colleague? Once.

I tried doing what you sugested but did not work  the same video apears...

You can present anithing to to whomever you want, just pleas help me solve the problem...

I like this phone but if i can`t make it work properly i will have to look for another phone ... it is not somethink i want to do now...

Dial *#*#73556673#*#* which will turn off Demo mode and again that code will turn it on

or try performing a system repair as this will often fix issues - This will factory reset your phone

Switch off your phone and unplug from Pc (Hold volume up and power for around 10 seconds)
Start PC Companion and select Support zone then Update my phone/tablet then in Blue Repair my phone/tablet and follow the onscreen instructions - When prompted connect your phone still switched off holding volume down or back button - This should start the repair or reformat process

If you are using Windows 8/8.1 or a 64bit operating system then adjust the settings for PC Companion and run in compatibility mode and chose Windows 7 or XP
