Restoring from different model

  Does anyone know whether it is possible to restore my Z1 compact data on Z2? 

I have managed to back up my broken phone before sending it for a repair ,but when it came back ,described as "unrepairable" I could not turn it on.

  When connected to my computer there is no option for restoring data (it is not lit)

Anyone...?...anywhere...?...help...please

Unfortunately you can not, you can only restore a backup file to the same phone.
