i just made a back-up of my phone, after i did that i cleared my internal memory. and now i want to restore it and i can`t do it because every time i try to pc copanion freezes.
Try closing all other programs running in the background. If its till freezes. Put the backup on a flash drive and try from another PC to check if this problem is due to PC Companion, computer or the backup itself.
