Ok, same app.. Gee, that is the "Settings" app, you cannot restore the default settings without a "factory reset" or without rooting the device and using a Sqlite software to edit the database file containing the dialogs' settings.

Factory reset, that is easy, Settings -> Backups & Reset -> Factory reset.

⚠ warning, the above will delete everything in your phone.

The Sqlite thing is complicated, is your phone rooted?
