Restore Problem

Hi Iam using Xperia Z1 and took backup 3.83GB thru Sony PC companion and after done factory reset tried to restore the same. But its not working and not even showing any errors its getting blank and Sony companion got freeze. FYKI iam using 3G network so no network or connection problem.

If you restore the backup from your PC,it has nothing to do with internet connection.It could be just compatibility issue or a faulty backup.
