restore on xperia Z

hi

i have updated my xperia Z C6603 to android 4.2.2 but when i updated it i backed up all stuff from backup&restore app on sd card but when my phone got updated i cant able to restore the stuff giving the reason of cant restore it is from old version ie. i lost important data due to that... can any body help me ???????

The preinstalled Back up & restore app has been updated, so it does not allow

a restore from an Android version different from the target version.

This functionality works as intended since Sony Mobile cannot guarantee software compatibility for all apps between different Android versions, and Sony Mobile doesn’t want to risk damage any device or break any applications.
