Restore data

I'm unable to restore data which was backed up online and on desktop. Please help!!

after backing up my data online and on my pc for PCC repair, I'm unable to retrieve my backed up files although I can see it on pc.

Anyone can help??

No error msgs nothing, it just doesn't appear as a restore option. I have even backed up my data on online Google account and still not showing as an option to restore online

If you set your Google account sync before erasing all, it should download contact, agenda and mail seamlessly.

For the applications,you have to browse the app store and update them manually the first time, and it will download / update automatically in every phone from then on. It seems dumb, but it is android style.
