Restarting problem xperia l

hello, I have a problem in my phone "SONY XPERIA L" model C2105. Basically I try to turn on the data connection following the right procedure, but at the top of the phone that I do not see any icon indicates that the data connection is turned on. How do I solve this problem?

Have you got the right settings from your operator? If not, open up Settings > Xperia > Internet settings to fetch the settings for your phone.
