Restarting problem xperia l

my phone is restarting again and again i dont know whats happening with it i am so tensed about this please somebody tell me what to do with it now ???????????

First of all remove SIM card and SD card and try to start it without. 

You can also try to boot the phone into safe mode, to see if the problem is related to any apps you have installed in your phone.

If the problem persists in safe mode I would suggest that you repair the phone software using PC Companion:

In PC Companion, press start on Support Zone > Start on Update the phones software > "Repair phone".

- I am receiving same problem with My Xeperia L.  As soon as mobile boot and wallpaper is viewable, It rebooted immediately. I am not able to go to single user mode. 

- I also Sony PC Companion. But when I connect my mobile with Computer, I constantly see message,  "Could not find phone / tablet" . I am using Sony data cable to connect mobile with computer. 

- I am in India (Pune), But my mobile is imported from Singapore. So, Sony Authorised Service center in India is not helping me to fix my problem. 

Can somebody please let me know, when can be done to get this issue fixed.
