Restarting applications simultaneously

The applications (Camera, Keyboard, etc.) are restarting simultaniously. So i can't record a video and image continuesly. I restart the mobile but still i face this problem. Please help immediately.

Hi, see if repairing phone software with PC Companion helps.

Make sure you perform a backup as this process will erase phone data completely.
