Restarting again and again

Hi everybody

My phone has serious problem. It is resetarting again and agian. what can I do? What I have to repair it ? why this problem occure ?

Please help me? is it a software problem? or somthing happen in hardware ?

Well,it seems to me like a software issue.Try a forced shutdown(power button+volume up until the phone vibrates 3 times).If after the forced shutdown still restarts,repair the phone software with PC companion or sony update service.
