restarting again and again automaticaly turn to silent profile, sd card not detecting

Dear Sony

i have purchsed xperia j on 10 july 2013, but its working in properly in any way it got hang again and again, its restarting again and again, automaticaly turn to silent profile with out any reason, my micro sd card is not detecting, and some how i feel its responding realy slow many times its screen shows only blank screen whwnevr i start camera or any app. please provide a solution i have gifted this phone to my mother and working in this way dosent serves its purpose. one more thing i want to know how can i make video calls.. please help me out?????

Check if you have certain apps installed such as: Battery saver-app, Task manager, Task killer-app, Anti-Virus-app.

Uninstall those apps and see if the problem is solved

If problem still persists I recommend you to do a repair of the phone software:

Start PC companion, start "Support Zone", start "Update phone software" and click on "Repair".

Follow the on-screen instructions.

are these apps are pre installed in the phone..? so that i could uninstall. should i uninstall the file manager app i had veiwed a comment in this forum suggsting to uninstall the file manager app. so far i had not install any application excpt whatsapp.
