restart loop caused by failed update to 4.3

Hi guys, i recently bought my xperia sp and after 1 day i decided to update the firmware to 4.3. In the process of the update,my laptop crushed and it was yet to complete the update process on my fone hence the restart loop on sony logo.Any advise will help

if you have high speed broadband then do updating it again, that will fix the problem, make sure when updating the software no other causes happens(laptop crashed) , what i suggest is try doing update using different computer and that will fix this problem

before that hard reset the phone or try to restore the phone if you can

You need to perform a system repair using either PC Companion or SUS found here - If using PCC then disconnect your phone and make sure it is switched off (Hold power and volume up until you feel 3 vibrations) Then on PCC select Support zone then Update phone/tablet then in Blue select Repair my phone/tablet - Then when prompted hold volume down and connect your phone via usb making sure that your phone is still switched off - This should begin the repair process thus fixing your phone phone
