Is the restart when listening to music/FM or when on calls with headset?. I was on calls for about 2 hours today with a headset and did not see this issue...

Same here, i got this phone xm 10 days back.. It restarted 3 times

1st instance - when I was watching movie on mx player and i had enabled lock touch feature on mx player.. i think i presed the power button and i guess the headphone was connected.. i could see a quick blue screen for miliseconds and the phone restarted

2nd instance -  i was listening to music with headphone connected, i got a call, i pressed the button on headset to receive the call and all i could see is blue screen for milli seconds and the phone restarted with sony logo first

3rd instance - i had the headphone plugged in and was listening to music, i pressed the power button and saw a blue screen for milli seconds and the phone was blank

had to restart the phone by pressing the power button

did u all report the issue at the service center?

will my phone be replaced as it is just 10 days?

Is this is a Software problem or a problem with some pieces only.. if it is for some pieces only then we should replace our phones...

Maybe a firmware update/repair might fix the issue. In my experience I recall the service center stating that they replace the unit if it is within 7 days under DOA (Dead on Arrival).
