I had purchased Sony Xperia J on 18th January 2013 with an year's warranty. My phone worked fine for only around 4-5 months and started giving troubles after that.The phone restarts itself automatically as also the touchpad doesn't work at times.I have twice approached the service center (Sri Sai Electronics at Vashi, Navi Mumbai) already for repair and yesterday (14th December, 2013) was the third time. However, they could still not locate the exact problem. The only solution they provide is software upgradation which does not help in any way. Highly disappointed with the product!I thereby request you to kindly replace it immediately and oblige.
