has anyone got anywhere with Sonys nofarious warranty scam!
I sent a Z3 for repair underwarranty as the the phone started overheating which in turn damage the interna screen and melted the sealant causing the screen to come away! Sony got back to me saying that because of a small chip on the back corner of the phone this is the reason why the phone isnt working! So I can now either pay £125 to get it repaired or £20 to send it back unrepaired!
after doing a bit of research it turns out the over heating is a common theme and so is this warranty scam,
Has anyone actually got anywhere with this help!!!!!
