Hi, my pictures, videos and all music disappear from my music, it seems to be happening once a day or more, I will take a picture go to the album to be told "there are no items in your collection". I go into google music and I have no songs and anytime I make a playlist it deletes itself. the only way I can play a song is by going to 'file commander'. I was told to try deleting the data in settings-apps-media storage, will this work? and will it delete my pictures/videos/music for good? can someone please help, thanks
