Hola,

Is your Xperia E from orange? you'll need to provide them your IMEI or something and they will provide you the unlock code.

Not sure if your still on contract, if is under contract they won't be providing the unlock code for free unless your contract already expired or you pay for the code.

To unlock your phone you need to insert a SIM card from another operator. When you start the phone it will automatically ask you for the unlock code. Please note that you only have 5 attempts at entering the correct code.

<**< is for older phones.

I make all the steps than you indicates but when i insert the unlock code always say me "Try again" and no discount any attempt. Always have 5 attempts.

The operator Orange, and Sony had confirmed the codes.

Could you start your phone without any SIM card, open the dialer, dial *#*#7378423#*#*, select Service info -> SIM lock, take a screenshot (on/off and vol- at the same time) and post it here?

You won't be able to unlock your device.

I'm afraid you have entered the wrong unlock code 5 times so you now don't have any attempts left at entering the correct code.

I recommend that you contact a service location to see if they can assist you. For more information about how to submit your phone for repair and where, contact your local support team.
