Remove a telephone number forever and definetly from XPERIA M2 - it is Urgent please

Dear Sirs, I have tried to remove a telephone number form my mobile M2 and is just impossible.

It is removed from my contacts and always appear in my whatsapp even if I remove it form Agenda it is always there.

I had to blocked the number, but what I want is to not have it in any text message, any wahatapp, any agenda even without a name, I  just do not want to have that 8 digist in my personal mobile please.

I went to Virgin because I did have buy it in the shop, the customer service guy, tried and only was able to remove it from the contacts of whatsapp but it is still in the blocked list of numbers in the privacy setting.

I do not live in Spain, I have to mentio nthat I do live there, because there is not option for Qatar I do live in Qatar.

Please, help me send your support or I will have to send that telephone back and get another brand much better.

Let me understand, it still shows up under contacts or under whatsapp? If it is contacts, we can find a workaround perhaps @NenaSalcedo15.

 to make easier I would only say "I do not want that number in my mobile at all" is like I have to see it everywhere.. so first I did remove the contact from my agenda, second there is no way to remove the number from Whatsapp, only what is possible to do is block the number, which to me does not work as I can unblock it anytime.  It is now blocked and I cant see it in  my current window of whatsapp, but when I go to privacy I can see the "number written there" always.  Also when I thought the service guy at Virgin got to move him to blocked conatct, the number and text messages were still there!  this is nightmare as the number or the contact is not welcome in any way in my personal professional life.

It can be done with Iphone, blackberry

How can't be possible to remove , REMOVE/DELETE/DISSAPPER a number, this is why I am seriously thinking to give back the phone to the shop.

I am just a user around here. You should check the filters under contacts and see if whatsapp is there.

Have you checked with Whatsapp directly, as this is there app, it is there responsibility. However you should check out this link directly from there website.
