Remote control not work for directv

Hi, the app for remote control of devices work for my tv, bluray, etc but doesn´t with my directv hd box, the configuration process is pretty clear and appear one for directv but this doesn't work.

It's hard for me to verify this as i don't have that box.
I recommend that you first update your tablet if you haven't done so using PC Companion: http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/software/tablets/xperia-tablet-z/.

If updating doesn't help, try learning your tablet the commands using the manual mode and the standard remote to see if there might be a problem with the preset or model.
