Relock bootloader Xperia Activ

Hi,

first, sorry for my bad englisch, but i try my best.

Now my problem, i have a xperia active with firmware 4.0.2.A.0.42_CE with root.

The bootloader is unlocked. 

Is it possible to relock the bootloader?

If yes, can i have a instruction?
