Have been experiencing singal loss ever since i got it. On many occasions i would pick up the phone and see no singal at all. Checked the sim in an another phone and works fine.

1. Get a brand new SIM card, even if it seems to work with other phones

2. Check if you have the correct APN settings

3. you can also repair your phone

it 28 ion. You think you have a problem. I updated both my phones on a three year. Both phones consistantly lose their signal. Either no service or emergency calls only or no signal. I have had phones since 1989. From several the Motorola Bricks to the flip phones samsung, motorola, kyroceo or whatever. I have lived in the same home since 1999. Never once have any of these phone failed. But this one yikes is outstanding about being the worst. I am constantly waving it around and around and around. I might as easily have two campbell soup cans and a string.  I don't understand the previous response to change the sim card.  (Remember this is both phones and both the same.) What would that do? My provider has no explanation.
