Regarding warranty

Hello i am in a big trouble can someone please help me 

Actually i won a z1 in a giveaway contest organised in our country. When i got my phone i got the whole box packed and sealed there was warranty card accessories and other stuff  but the original bill was not handed over to me . The internet site which provided me the phone said as the giveaway was organised by other company, we can't give you the bill . And since box was packed the warranty card does not contain dealer's stamp, purchase date etc. So they told me that since you don't have either of the two . your phone will be treated out of warranty. i did register my phone on xperia care and it shows that my validity till end of the year but service centre manager is not listening .

Any help would be appreciated . Thank you

i talked to them before posting here , when i told them my problem . their reaction was we have heard about giveaway kind of things first time so we can't do much about it .

Sorry to hear that but you will have to contact that other company

In this case your warranty is with the company that organised the giveaway as it is them that you have a contract of sale with regardless of it been free for example if I bought a phone then gave it away as a prize then you would need to deal with me and not the company I bought it from
