myself anirudh and I have purchased Sony Walkman series E16i about 8 month back and it was very good to be use but in the month of July I just got problem related to display of my phone is not working (none can see only working in working mode).
I went to the Sony care center and hand over the phone to the service center but they said moisture is there in phone so but there was no so such moisture in the phone after long discussion with them they confirmed ok we will send your phone to the chennai but they never sent it chennai and said now your phone is dead .
So Shameful for the Sony ...
Such kind of the work is done by the service center (Ambe electronics sector-18 noida).....
