Regarding Sony Xperia E dual

Dear Team,

                     I am using sony xperia e dual its rooted but whenever i make a call or switch from one task to another the screen shrinks from borders showing a broad red outside border also when on call if i try to add people on conferrence via contacts it dosen't works but when i manually dial the mobile no. then it works.

    Kindly suggest what  should i do in order to overcome these problem.

Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

I suggest that you try to reinstall the phone software using Update Service..

You will lose your root access by doing this but it may fix the problem.
