Regarding SOny MW1

Hai,

I brought a Sony MW1 through Amazon. Intially it was working fine but lately i can't hear any sound using the headphones although I can hear the sound from some headphones. I have written to Sony but still no reply.  I don't expect this from a professional company like sony. Can anyone help me out with the issue or is there a service center in UAE which i can show it. I have also updated it with the latest firmware.

I been around to all sony service Centre like ping pong ball.
They keep telling my device is out warranty and there is no new firmware or to fix my headset. I'm very upset with this headset. The new firmware 0.1.E.1.6 not working as expected, no media audio keep disconnected. It been push by the global and nothing to do about it. Sony you really terrible, no responsible by pushing defective firmware? Is this how you selling new product? Now I understand how dirty you sony push new product.

Sony is working hard to LOOOSE their customers!   I am waiting for any feedback and FW update for MW1 since a month,  nothing!!!!! no feedback,  SONY online support chat is useless!  those people have no idea what they talk about, and they only make you angry as they do nothing to help you.. what a shame....  

I swear that I will keep away from sony products, and I am warning all my fiends about the sony spport! 

I wonder if they do the same "zero attention approach" to their japanese local consumers....  

WAKE UP and at least tell us when You will do something with that issues or allow to downgrade!
