Hi, I BOUGHT NEW XPERIA J 2 DAYS AGO..I TRIED TO INSTALL PC COMPANION BUT SET UP INITILISATION CRASHES AND GIVES ERROR REPORT,,
my laptop is of Dell make with configuration windows xp, double 512 ram..i use internet from USB modem

Make sure that you're logged in as local admin on the computer and that no other programs are running in the background of your system.
Hi Johan..i did as u said and installed it too..software is succesfully installed and says no phone connected,bt when i connect my phone it again crashes and windows shoes error report like before.
