recently my arc s was in a bootloop mode so i decided to flash using sony update service but it seems like sony update service has change only able to check whether u has the newest version and than try on pc accompanion this is wt is get ...

PC Companion and Update Service will probably not be able to find an update/software for your phone since you running on a custom rom. I will move this thread to Android development and hopefully you will get some good advice there about how to get going with this.
