red light while charging

Hi, i have a problem with my xperia u,the cellphone does not charging when is connected in the computer,and does not recognised when i connect  to the computer,also the wall charger does not charge and does not turn on.

Sorry for my bad English, I am Spanish

Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

If the LED is red while charging, it sounds like the battery is completely flat. I suggest that you remove the battery > insert it again and then connect the phone to the charger via wall socket. Let the phone be connected to the charger for an hour or two to see if the unit powers on afterwards.

If possible, you can also try another battery/charger to exclude problems related to the accessories.

Okay, I will try with another battery because via wall socket I just already charged.
