I HAVE TX

1-WHEN I OPEN ANY APP SUCH SMS , CONTACT , SETTING... A RED BORDEER APEAR AT THE END OF SCREEN (IT WASENT BEFOR)

2-HOW CAN I SET A TONE FOR SMS DELIVERY

1) take a screenshot and post it here

screenshot = press and hold power & volume down at the same time

2) open the messaging app > menu (2 small dots ) > settings > notification tone

To disable Strict mode (which is the cause of the red border)

1.       Find and tap Settings, then tap Developer options. Uncheck Strict mode enabled.
