Recovering a deleted .dbk file

Hi,

I created a backup file for my Z2 and i accidentaly deleted it in PC Companion. Is there anyway i can recover that file?

The file is a dbk file.

If that file was on your Pc then try a program like Recuva - If the file was on your phone and you deleted it then again try Recuva but I am almost sure and sorry to say but it's lost
