Recover Xperia Z5 Dual

Can anyone help me recover my phone? My google account has been hijacked because of clash of clans. And myXperia account is also linked to my google acct. Now I'm unable to use my phone because the hacker deleted all my phones user data, and when I'm trying to reload my phone using a new google account, it's still asking me to use the hijacked account.

just wondering how is it that someone hijacked your Gmail through clash of clans?

Clash of clans is link to my google account, someone online offered to sell gems for coc. And he asked for my coc IGN, next thing I noticed someone is already logging in to my google account and wiped all the devices synced to my google account including the Z5..I managed to recover the Xperia Z1 and my Samsung tablet since they are still on KITKAT. But I'm having trouble with my Z5.

Thanks for the advice though, Local Service Center is too far from my location, but I guess that my only option for this.

That's the only option, also anyone posting about free or cheap gems or whatever its a trap
