You will need to check with the developer of the HF Weather Fax app to make sure but from reading the description of the app it uses the microphone on the tablet/phone to record audio. I don't think it supports A2DP.
Using A2Dp in your tablet you can transfer audio playing in your tablet to another device like wireless headset or stereo with bluetooth. The tablet doesn't receive audio using A2DP.
