Read receipt for email

Hello to anybody.

I am using the default email program for sending my business emails with M Exchange.

But I did not find the possibility of asking for read recepits, nor I can confirm I read incoming emails giving read receipt.

Am I making something wrong?

Is there any possibility to solve this problems, or are there any third party applications that can help me?
