I have tried to update my phone following the prompt stating a software update is available and so went to us eth pc companion to complete the update and got as far as being told to unplug the usb cable, turn the phone off and then hold down the volume down button whilst reconnecting the phone to the pc. I followed the instructions only to be met with the battery charging icon and when I turned the phone back on I still require the update. What am I doing wrong?. please help...
