i had recently sent my z1 off for repair, but with no communication i had to chase sony to see if they had received it.... finally got message after a few days and was quoted £180 for repair which i thought was way too much so i decided to have it returned at 20 odd quid, that was tuesday night i paid for it and still havent received it thursday night....as sony is a huge name i think customer service skills are shocking, im seriously thinking of changing phone maker in future, hugely disappointed customer.
It could be a human error or a technical defect.
