i charged my phone for 40 minsit was 12 percent after 40 mins still 12 percent. i wrang up sony support they were great they helped me send me email and said to go to companion and and fix and repair. so i did its great now. perfect. thanx to sony they have been great give them a call. try companionn but press repair it will iron out all problems
