Ray needs some small adjustments !!!

I hope the right people from SE read this !

I just bought the Sony Ericsson Xperia Ray, it´s really cool, I love it. But there are some small things I would like you to consider next time you update it!!

First: The battery save mode does not change the settings back when it is disabled, that means that you have to change all your things back manually every time it has been active.

Next: The dial list where you see all outgoing, incoming and missed calls, shows the same person 10 times and then the next person 6 times and so on and thereby makes the list long and unusable.
- Why not have one name only one time, and if you want to see more, you can select him and then you can see all the times you have called, and missed him.  (i thinks thats the way it is in android 2.3 original)
-  Make a direct shortcut to the dial list to..

Thirdly: why doesn’t the camera flash turn on when needed? It is  a really cool camera, and I have already used it a lot, but i am getting annoyed when I have to turn it on every time manually.

And, Your “service Sony Ericsson synchronize” does not synchronize your contacts if they are in the phone contacts, isn’t that a mistake ?
- You could have a function to copy them to the Sony Ericsson synchronize,
Now you have to re-enter all contacts to Sony Ericsson synchronize manually.

and last.. could the Timescape widget be a little smaller, I don’t use it, because I takes all the screen space. Why not remove the 3 buttons under it, or make it adjustable so it’s getting smaller ???

I agree about the synchronisation. It also applies to calendar entries.

I am looking around for a synchronisation app that synchronises in both directions. I have not found one that does yet. On my old Windows mobile, ActiveSync did a good job: just a one button press to synchronise in both directions - without having to involve a Google account or go online.

I thank you for your feedback, I'll pass it further on to concerned developers.

Further to my comments on synchronisation, I am now using MyPhoneExplorer to synchronise with Outlook on my PC. This is a free app on the Android Market, with 4.7/5.0 rating. It checks with you for every synchronisation action in either direction. It does not synchronise with Google, so it may not be what you need.
