random switch off

hi. my phone keeps randomly getting stuck and then the phone goes dead and cant be switched on or off.. and doesnt work for another 8 to 10 hours... its new and still under warranty... how can it be fixed or any solution??

Check if you have certain apps installed such as: Battery saver-app, Task manager, Task killer-app, Anti-Virus-app.

Uninstall those apps and see if the problem is solved

If problem persists I recommend you to do a repair of the phone software via Sony PC Companion:

Start PC companion, start "Support Zone", start "Update phone software" and click on "Repair".
