random restart

My xperia Z1s keeps restarting itself for no reason. It's now done it six times since I got it. Completely random. Although, it mostly does it when I unlock the phone while answering a call, or unlocking the screen. This is very annoying.

I appear to have the latest software, and good battery. And memory. The phone acknowledges the crash in diagnostic setting log. Says it's a "system_Server" crash.

This is the second phone to do this. I've already exchanged it once.

Are you using task killers,phone optimizers?Boot your phone in safe mode and see how it goes:

Nothing. none of those programs.
Why should I boot my phone in safe mode? That won't fix it... It'll just prolong the phone until I decide to Fix it.

I'll do it, But this seems like a patch for the bigger problem.

If you boot in safe mode and it works fine,you know that it is an application acting up and making the phone restart.
